1969 Chevy Camaro Z-28

This beauty is a 1969 Chevy Camaro Z-28 that not have been the fastest muscle car around in the time frame, but made up for it in sheer looks and style. These were equipped with a 302 power plant topped by a 4 barrel Holley carb and a standard 4 speed transmission, and were rated at 290 horsepower, but actually rated out at around 400 horsepower. These featured such cool details as a cowl induction hood with rally stripes, rally wheels, a rear spoiler and a chambered exhaust system usually reserved for racing use. If that wasn't impressive enough, you could also order them equipped with optional 4 wheel disc brakes, a positraction rear end and even twin Holleys if you really wanted to burn up the road. These were great to drive, and if you get lucky, you might still be able to score a decent one somewhere. See ya, and be sure to check back for more Cool Old Junk...
