When I first got this, I wondered if it was originally on Fred Flintstone's car. What were cars in that time frame? Horse & buggy? Steam engine? Steam powered horse & buggy? Fred Flintstone's feet? Then I actually had to look at what the cars of the era were and found out it could be a Ford Model T, a Chevy Little 4, an Oldsmobile model 33, a Stearns-Knight, etc. I was impressed by how many cars were actually around at the time..most people equate the time with Ford products. These things are some type of porcelain over the actual plate and are much bigger than the current ones we're used to. See ya back here to check out more cool old junk.
