This very cool toy by Hasbro was a Frosty Sno-Man Sno-Cone Machine that not only looked kind of cool, but may some very decent home made snowballs that any kid could manage. All you did was drop a few ice cubes in the hat, wind up a handle in the back, and you got instant shaved ice that you finished off with different flavors of syrup (kind of like the one's at the stand you had to borrow money for, but free). These were originally introduced in the 1960's with a pipe in the snowman's mouth, and later without the politically incorrect smoking device missing.
